Margie built our custom home for us. She helped us find an architect and worked with us and the architect to design the house. She then built the house for us on time, on schedule, and on budget. Through-out the process she guided us in making decision on cost/feature trade-offs. Since the house has been complete, she has been very responsive in making sure that any deficiencies (all minor) have been fixed. Working with Margie has been a very positive and professional experience.

Margie, thank you so much for the fantastic work on our house. Deana and I drove up to the house after work on Wednesday so that Dean could show me all of the exterior trim work. Yesterday she took pictures after the painting was done and we looked at them last night. Absolutely amazing! We are so proud of being a part of this process and seeing how awesome the ability to turn our bits and pieces of information about our vision into something so amazing is incredible. During April of this year, you completed a home improvement project in our home including a new entry door, wallpaper, painting, side light windows, entry flooring and railing. Bonnie and I want to thank you for the excellent work done and totally professional manner in which you conducted every aspect of the job.
From the beginning of the project, we were impressed with the great attention to detail and complete openness to our concerns. Your "project journal" provided a complete description of the day-to-day work keeping us fully abreast of the progress and any questions that arose on our part or yours.

I wanted to let you know how much we are enjoying the house. Everything turned out so well - thanks to you and your eye for detail.
Some things I love are: *my bathroom - it's so cheery and bright; *all the angles - I like looking out my bedroom window and seeing the kids exploring the fridge; also - the interesting angles and view from the loft arches.
Please stop in sometime. I would love for you to see the house with furniture. I promise it will look lived in.

Both Gwyn and Jeff are just delighted with the job you've done and with the house .They are both great cooks, and we suspect that their great pride is the kitchen. Also Jeff's sanctuary, his study (not to mention his bathtub!) He is one funny guy. At one point he told us that he looked forward to the day when "the hardest decision I have to make is whether to have my glass of wine on the east side or the west side of the house !"
